How can we help?

Disposabl turns an event into one shared disposable camera. If something has gone wrong — a photo that shouldn’t be there, someone behaving badly, or a roll that didn’t develop — here’s how to reach us and what to expect.

Contact us

abuse@disposabl.app

We aim to respond within one business day, and to reports of illegal or abusive content sooner.

Report a photo

Every frame in a revealed album has a report action. Tap the frame, choose Report, and tell us what’s wrong. Reported frames go to a moderation queue and can be removed from the album for everyone.

You can also email us at the address above with the event name and roughly when the photo was taken, and we’ll find it.

Block someone

You can block another guest from the album. Blocking hides their frames from you, and hides yours from them, for every event you both attend. The host can also remove or ban a guest from their own event.

Remove a photo you took

You can delete any frame you shot yourself, at any time, from the album. Photos taken by other people belong to their roll — use the report action instead, or ask the host to remove them.

Delete your account

Hosts can delete their account from the app’s settings. Deleting removes your account and personal data permanently — it cannot be undone. Photos you shot remain in the albums of the events you joined, so the shared roll stays intact for the other people who were there; delete individual frames first if you want them gone too.

Guests join without an account and without giving us an email address, so there is no guest account to delete. To have your frames removed, email us. Full details are on the data deletion page.

A roll didn’t develop

Albums develop on a timer set by the host and reveal to everyone at once. Nothing is visible before then — that wait is deliberate. If a reveal time has clearly passed and the album is still locked, email us with the event name and we’ll look into it.
